Our inspection process begins long before the part is ever set up to begin production. Equipment, tooling and handling, concerns and recommendations, are anticipated and communicated - even before the quoting process begins. Our rigorous approach to quality allows us to ensure best-in-class accuracy at every stage.

    We employ profile projectors along with advanced measuring and calibration equipment which allow us to check tolerances down to 1 micron (0.001mm). All Swiss turned parts, CNC components, tooling and cames are inspected from raw material through machine set-up, in-process production and dispatch. We are well prepared to deliver the right combination of quality, cost and service, that our customers need to compete in this global economy.
